Current Openings & Schedules
Strongsville - Southwest Cuyahoga
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
Shift Type: Weekend day shifts
North Ridgeville - Westside Cuyahoga
Friday-Sunday: 24-hour care coverage
Day Shifts: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
Night Shifts: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
Shift Type: 12-hour shifts
Availability may vary by client assignment. Please indicate your preferred location and shift when applying.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).
Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support.
Prepare meals and provide medication reminders as permitted by the care plan.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Accompany clients to appointments and community activities as needed.
Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team.
Follow individualized care plans, agency policies, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or GED
At least one year of caregiving, home care, assisted living, or direct care experience preferred
HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred
Current CPR certification
Negative TB test or chest X-ray in accordance with agency requirements
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Ability to assist with client mobility and lift up to 50 pounds as required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
Commitment to HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
