Schedule & Location
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Location: Elyria, Lorain, and surrounding areas
Care Setting: Home-based and facility-based care, as assigned
Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and medically complex patients.
Perform tracheostomy care and manage ventilator support according to the individualized care plan.
Administer G-tube feedings and medications as prescribed.
Perform oral suctioning as needed and respiratory treatments twice daily, as ordered.
Monitor respiratory status, vital signs, and overall patient condition, responding promptly to changes.
Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
Follow infection control procedures and patient safety protocols.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
Follow physician orders and participate in ongoing training and competency assessments.

Qualifications & Requirements
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred
Tracheostomy and ventilator care experience strongly preferred
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
Experience with G-tube feedings, suctioning, and respiratory treatments preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
Current TB clearance in accordance with agency requirements
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate auto insurance
Ability to assist with patient mobility and perform required physical tasks
Required immunization records or approved exemptions, as applicable
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently while following physician orders and individualized care plans
