Current Openings & SchedulesStrongsville – Southwest Cuyahoga

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Shift Type: Weekend day shifts

North Ridgeville – Westside Cuyahoga

• Friday–Sunday: 24-hour care coverage

• Day Shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Night Shifts: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Shift Type: 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support.

• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders as permitted by the care plan.

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities as needed.

• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team.

• Follow individualized care plans, agency policies, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• At least one year of caregiving, home care, assisted living, or direct care experience preferred

• HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred

• Current CPR certification

• Negative TB test or chest X-ray in accordance with agency requirements

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

• Ability to assist with client mobility and lift up to 50 pounds as required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans

• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
