Full Time | Caregivers / Personal Care | Flexible Schedules

Are you a compassionate and dependable Caregiver who is passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home? BrightStar Care is hiring dedicated Caregivers to provide quality in-home care throughout Westside, Eastside, and Southwest Cuyahoga County.

We are looking for caregivers with high availability, schedule flexibility, and a willingness to work across multiple locations. If you're ready to make a difference while building a rewarding caregiving career, we'd love to have you on our team!

• Minimum of 40 hours per week

• Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts available

• Must be available for on-call assignments as needed

• High availability for multiple client assignments and open shifts

• Flexibility to travel and work throughout Westside, Eastside, and Southwest Cleveland

• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and varying shifts based on client needs

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene

• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support

• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Assist clients with errands, appointments, and community activities when needed

• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate care team

• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

• Competitive Pay: $19–$21 per hour

• High school diploma or GED

• At least one year of caregiving, home care, assisted living, or direct care experience preferred

• HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred

• Current CPR certification

• Negative TB test or chest X-ray

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with client mobility, as required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and follow client care plans

• Commitment to client privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance
