Caregivers

Kundalini Home Care is an Ohio DODD certified agency providing in home and community support to individuals with developmental disabilities across Ohio. We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers) to help the people we serve live safely, independently, and fully in their homes and communities.

We welcome caring, reliable people from all backgrounds, and we have openings in several areas: in home care, transportation/driving, community outings and events, and respite care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living, personal care, meals, and household tasks

• Safely drive individuals to day programs, appointments, work, and community outings

• Support recreation, social activities, and agency community events

• Follow each individual's care plan and complete daily documentation

• Treat every person with dignity, respect, and patience

Requirements:

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (for driving roles)

• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (we help you get certified)

• Caregiving experience is a plus but not required. We train the right people.
