Pay Rates
- Standard Pay: $16 - $20 per hour
- Weekend Premium Pay Shift added
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Accurately document care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Proven reliability and punctuality are essential
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening
- Caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Parkinson’s and Dementia care experience are a plus but not required
- Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour ($2.00 added for weekend shifts)
- Paid orientation
- Paid initial and on-going training
- First Shift Caregiver Reliability Bonus
