Brightside Windows is growing in Vancouver, WA, and we're looking for confident, motivated sales professionals to join our in-home sales team.
You'll meet with homeowners who are interested in improving their homes, identify their needs, present window solutions, and help them make a confident buying decision.
If you have a strong sales background and know how to build value, handle objections, and close, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Run scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners
- Present window products, pricing, and financing options
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate additional leads
- Build value and confidently ask for the sale
- Handle questions and objections
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Consistently work toward individual sales goals
- Deliver a professional customer experience

What We're Looking For
- Sales or closing experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident presenting and asking for the sale
- Competitive, motivated, and coachable
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience in windows, roofing, solar, HVAC, remodeling, flooring, bath, automotive, pest control, or other commission-based sales is a plus.
