Brightside Windows is growing in Bend, OR, and we're hiring motivated, outgoing people to join our sales team.
This is a full-time W-2 position starting at $17 per hour, plus performance bonuses and employee benefits.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role, build confidence, and develop valuable sales skills.
What You'll Do
You'll work in residential neighborhoods throughout the Bend area, connecting with homeowners and generating appointments for our sales team.
- Canvass local residential neighborhoods
- Meet and speak with homeowners face-to-face
- Introduce Brightside Windows and our services
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home consultations
- Track daily activity and appointments
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Represent Brightside professionally in the communities we serve
You are not responsible for completing the in-home sale. Your focus is starting the conversation, creating interest, and scheduling the consultation. Our sales team handles the next step.

What We're Looking For
