Brightside Windows is expanding in Portland, OR, and we're looking for an experienced in-home sales closer with leadership ability to help grow our local market.
We're looking for more than a strong salesperson. We want someone who can close at a high level, lead from the front, and help coach and develop other sales reps as the Portland team grows.
What You'll Do
- Run scheduled in-home consultations
- Present products, pricing, and financing options
- Build value, handle objections, and close business
- Consistently hit individual sales goals
- Lead by example through strong personal performance
- Coach and mentor developing sales reps
- Help build accountability and a strong sales culture
- Support the continued growth of the Portland market

What We're Looking For
- Proven in-home, outside, or high-ticket sales experience
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Track record of hitting sales goals
- Leadership, management, or coaching experience preferred
- Comfortable leading from the front
- Competitive, accountable, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience in windows, roofing, solar, HVAC, remodeling, siding, flooring, bath, pest control, or other residential sales is a plus.
