Brightside Windows is growing in Salem, OR, and we're hiring motivated, outgoing people to join our sales team.
You'll earn $17 per hour plus performance bonuses, with full-time W-2 employment and employee benefits.
No sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching — you bring the work ethic, personality, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Connect with homeowners throughout Salem-area neighborhoods
- Introduce Brightside Windows and our services
- Generate interest and schedule free consultations
- Conduct face-to-face neighborhood outreach
- Track daily activity and appointments
- Work toward individual and team goals

What We're Looking For
