🚨 Hiring: Production Manager | Chicopee, MA

Seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead 3-shift CNC manufacturing operations.


🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CNC production and frontline teams

• Manage schedules, staffing, KPIs, quality, and safety

• Drive machine uptime and continuous improvement

• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering & Supply Chain

• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and corrective actions


🎯 Requirements:

• 7 years manufacturing leadership

• 3 years multi-shift/24/7 management

• Strong CNC machining experience

• Experience with milling/turning, GD&T, blueprints

• ISO 9001/AS9100 knowledge preferred

• Lean/Six Sigma experience

• ERP/MRP and Excel proficiency
