About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with a background in trust, wealth management, or fiduciary services to join our Fiduciary Services Group. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys client interaction, and wants to grow their career within a private banking or trust environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a responsive point of contact for client requests, aiming for same-day turnaround wherever possible
- Manage the accurate processing of routine and complex transactions — bill pay, gifting programs, account maintenance, insurance matters, and daily recordkeeping
- Track cash positions across client accounts and coordinate with outside investment advisors to maintain appropriate liquidity
- Handle end-to-end account opening and closing processes
- Coordinate asset transfers and support tax cost basis research
- Communicate with clients across phone, email, and written correspondence
- Compile and organize tax documentation to support trust 1041 and client 1040 filings
- Prepare briefing materials and documentation ahead of client meetings
- Provide broad administrative and operational support to the Fiduciary Services team
- Contribute to department initiatives and special projects as needed

- Bachelor's degree required
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services, ideally within bank trust or a similar fiduciary setting (equivalent education/experience combinations welcome)
- Working knowledge of wealth management, estate planning, and fiduciary concepts
- A self-starter mentality paired with sharp written and verbal communication skills
- A polished, client-first demeanor with genuine attention to detail
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
