• Perform inside sales activities like email communications to nurture leads and close deals
• Coordinate with management on sales strategies, inventory levels, and compliance procedures to optimize store performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, or retail firearms sales with a strong understanding of product demos and upselling techniques
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service excellence, and effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets
