• Manage inventory control to ensure availability and proper maintenance of rental items
• Maintain organized records of rentals, returns, and maintenance schedules to optimize inventory management
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, and retail math principles
• Demonstrated sales management experience with a focus on negotiation and closing deals
• Administrative experience including data entry, record keeping, and using Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently
• Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
