Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Store Manager to lead our dealership team with enthusiasm and strategic vision. As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive retail sales, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service. Duties

• Lead and supervise the retail sales team, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance performance and customer engagement
• Manage store operations including inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, and stock management to optimize product availability and presentation
• Oversee financial activities such as budgeting, payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Implement effective sales strategies through pricing, promotional activities, and upselling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere
• Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting; ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Coordinate shift schedules, supervise staff performance, and ensure operational efficiency during all business hours

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within the retail industry, preferably in a dealership or equipment sales environment with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and team management
• Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, purchasing, merchandising, and retail math including basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and operational management is highly desirable
• Ability to lead by example with strong organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
• Prior experience in retail sales team management with a focus on customer service excellence and sales growth
