Our client, a New York AmLaw firm, is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join their Team.
This is a highly visible position where you will be planning and directing firm events from pre to post event conception.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Plan firmwide events for various practice groups, client dinners, and alumni programs as well as other firm hosted events.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders of all levels.
What We Are Looking For:
- Exceptional organization skills in project management, handling concerns, and strong analytical skills.
- Experience working with New York vendors and venues
- Ability to commute to various domestic locations to direct Firm programs, and work overtime.
