Catering and Event Coordinator Starting $20/hr, with potential for commissions, plus benefits Work Expectations Assist with leading catering acquisition and large customer relationships Coordinate and lead outside events and ADPs (Additional Distribution Points) Coordinate and lead inside events Lead Catering Fulfillment / Delivery Catering Guest follow ups and recoveries Have open availability with nights and weekends Be 21 or older and willing to drive a catering vehicle and set up tents on sites Be willing to work 10-12 hour shifts on occasion and 50-60 hour weeks on occasion Personal Skills Must be high energy Must be a self starter and have a strong sense of internal motivation Must be highly organized Have a high degree of personal ownership, follow through, and autonomous execution Have a high degree of personal morals and values that represent Chick-fil-A Brockport’s Vision and Values Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to chase opportunities Must have a high degree of perseverance Clean driving record and background check Ability to think creatively around logistics and event setup/execution Provided Resources All operational training Chick-fil-A resources Use of company catering vehicle and gas card and event supplies Potential for discretionary budget for event supplies and execution Director Team and Owner/Operator Support Growth trajectory towards potential director role All catering resources, tools, and supplies Store email and separate phone line Compensation Starting at $20/hr, potentially negotiable depending on experience Potential for commissions based on catering sales brought in Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits Meal allowance while working Additional leadership trainings, personal development coaching with Owner/Operator, and additional restaurant certifications (IE Manager ServSafe) Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
