We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support Global Brand Management, Marketing Operations, and Cross-Functional Marketing Initiatives within a fast-paced consumer products environment. This role will be responsible for driving stakeholder communications, coordinating marketing execution activities, supporting product and merchandising teams, and assisting with go-to-market initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination, marketing planning, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. This role requires someone who can effectively manage cross-functional partnerships, coordinate marketing assets and samples, support content development, and ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between Cross-Functional Stakeholders, Creative Teams, and Marketing Partners
- Drive clear, timely, and effective Stakeholder Communication across multiple departments and project teams
- Support Product Teams, Merchandising Teams, and Brand Management Teams throughout seasonal marketing initiatives
- Assist with the development and execution of Marketing Plans and Go-to-Market Strategies
- Coordinate Marketing Assets, Product Samples, Shipping Logistics, and Studio Requests
- Support Copywriting, Content Development, and Marketing Communications
- Maintain Project Timelines, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong Internal and External Relationships
- Monitor project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and next steps
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Keynote to manage reporting, communication, and presentations
- Support Marketing Operations, Campaign Execution, and Brand Marketing Activities
- Participate in Cross-Functional Meetings and contribute to Marketing Planning Initiatives
Required Experience
- 2–4 Years of Experience in Marketing Coordination, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Project Coordination, or related functions
- Strong Attention to Detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Excel
- Experience creating presentations using Keynote
- Excellent Written Communication and Verbal Communication skills
- Strong Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management abilities
- Experience working in a highly Collaborative Cross-Functional Environment
- Demonstrated Responsiveness, Professionalism, and Communication Management
- Experience supporting Marketing Projects from planning through execution
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred, but not required
