Lead EMV Certification

We are seeking a Lead EMV Certification / POS Testing Engineer with strong POS experience and hands-on expertise in EMV certification, retail payment transaction testing, and Collis tools. The candidate will lead EMV certification activities for mobile checkout payment devices, coordinate with payment authorizers and internal teams, execute certification test cases, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful completion of certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute EMV certification activities across multiple payment devices and payment authorizers.
• Create, execute, validate, and re-test certification test cases until successful certification.
• Develop test plans, estimates, schedules, test scenarios, and RTM based on requirements/user stories.
• Ensure adequate test coverage, quality of deliverables, and timely test execution.
• Coordinate test environments, payment devices, and test data provisioning.
• Prepare test results, defect reports, test logs, test summary reports, and certification documentation.
• Perform RCA and trend analysis for defects and recommend preventive measures.
• Identify testing risks, dependencies, gaps, and mitigation/contingency plans.
• Track and report testing progress, project metrics, KPIs, effort variance, and delivery status.
• Participate in requirements reviews, walkthroughs, demos, stakeholder reviews, and sign-offs.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, QA, and other internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Contribute to test automation and performance testing initiatives where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to engineering practices, testing standards, processes, and quality guidelines.
• Participate in governance calls and communicate testing status, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
