Job Summary
We are seeking a D365 Finance Functional Consultant / Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to lead a global finance transformation across 8 countries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in D365 Finance implementations, global ERP rollouts, financial governance, and multi-country compliance. A CPA certification is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance across the US, UK, Netherlands, India, Singapore, China, Japan, and Australia.
- Design and implement a global finance template, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, and Project Accounting.
- Develop and govern a global Chart of Accounts (CoA), financial dimensions, and multi-entity accounting framework.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and country-specific statutory regulations (VAT, GST, TDS, BAS, Golden Tax, JGAAP, etc.).
- Lead fit-gap analysis, configuration, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Define enterprise integration strategy with banking systems, tax engines, treasury platforms, and external financial applications.
- Partner with CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, and executive stakeholders to drive finance transformation initiatives.
- Provide governance, security, audit readiness, SoX compliance, and best-practice ERP architecture.
- Support executive presentations, solution design workshops, pre-sales activities, and RFP responses.
Required Qualifications
- CPA Certification (Mandatory)
- 12–18 years of ERP/Finance consulting experience.
- 8 years of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance experience.
- 3–5 full lifecycle D365 Finance implementations.
- Proven experience with:
- Global ERP rollouts
- Multi-country, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments
- Shared Chart of Accounts (CoA)
- Finance transformation programs
- Global template-based deployments
