What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Lead – Supply Chain position at BrickRed Systems?
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Lead to support the Supply Chain and Connected Marketplace functions within a leading digital commerce and retail organization. This role is responsible for driving financial leadership across Supply Chain operations, Online-to-Offline (O2O) initiatives, Dynamic Product Programs (DPP), and new consumer-facing business models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Supply Chain and Marketplace teams to optimize cost-to-serve and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for strategic initiatives including O2O and DPP.
- Develop full P&L business cases for new investment opportunities and innovative commerce models.
- Support annual planning, 3-year strategic planning, and monthly/quarterly reviews.
- Deliver actionable insights and communicate financial results to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, digital, supply chain, and product teams.
- Drive process improvements and support finance transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, or related roles.
- Experience in retail, digital commerce, or omni-channel businesses is a plus.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and ambiguous environment.
