- Communicate with clients to obtain outstanding paperwork and ensure required information is received in a timely manner.
- Examine submitted documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting before moving them to the next stage of review.
- Organize digital and administrative records so files are easy to access, track, and maintain across internal systems.
- Direct completed materials to the appropriate tax team members for preparation, review, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor the progress of returns and related tasks to help work move forward according to established timelines.
- Recognize delays, missing information, or workflow obstacles and raise issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support in a high-volume setting, including data entry, inbound call handling, and general office assistance.
- Share status updates with internal stakeholders to support visibility into workloads, deadlines, and next steps.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments accurately and efficiently.
- High attention to detail when reviewing documents, entering data, and maintaining records.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams in a clear and timely manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment with changing priorities.
- Experience with administrative office tasks such as answering inbound calls, handling reception-related duties, and supporting daily operations.
- Proficiency in data entry and general computer-based file management.
- Exposure to tax, accounting, or other document-intensive environments is helpful but not required.
