- Conduct candidate screening activities, support interview coordination, and help evaluate applicants in alignment with established hiring practices.

- Respond to questions from employees, field recruiting contacts, and external applicants regarding staffing activity and career opportunities.

- Experience supporting recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition activities in a detail-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with applicants, internal teams, and external partners.
- Knowledge of sourcing methods, candidate outreach strategies, and job advertisement practices.
- Ability to screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with hiring decisions using defined processes.
- Familiarity with compliance standards, company policy, and consistent documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and status updates at the same time.
