What You’ll Do
- Oversee day‑to‑day cash operations, including payables, reimbursements, and related financial workflows.
- Maintain strong process controls and support compliance across all cash‑related activities.
- Monitor liquidity by tracking inflows and outflows, analyzing trends, and preparing reporting for leadership.
- Review financial data, investigate discrepancies, and support reconciliation efforts.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and reduce operational risk.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable workflow enhancements.
- Support special projects focused on operational efficiency and treasury process optimization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in cash operations, treasury, AP, or similar financial functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and comfort working with large data sets.
- Experience improving processes, implementing controls, and navigating evolving environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
