AP Analyst

This role focuses on strengthening daily cash operations, enhancing liquidity visibility, and improving financial processes across the business. You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Accounting, and Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a fast‑moving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day‑to‑day cash operations, including payables, reimbursements, and related financial workflows.
• Maintain strong process controls and support compliance across all cash‑related activities.
• Monitor liquidity by tracking inflows and outflows, analyzing trends, and preparing reporting for leadership.
• Review financial data, investigate discrepancies, and support reconciliation efforts.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and reduce operational risk.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable workflow enhancements.
• Support special projects focused on operational efficiency and treasury process optimization.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in cash operations, treasury, AP, or similar financial functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and comfort working with large data sets.
• Experience improving processes, implementing controls, and navigating evolving environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
