What You’ll Do
- Provide direct administrative support to Location Operations Managers
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items for follow-up
- Assist with reports, budgets, and planning documents
- Track and manage project and service documentation for accuracy and completion
- Coordinate internal communication between departments (Sales, Technical Services, Project Management, Client Services)
- Help with onboarding and administrative tasks for new employees at the location
- Maintain accurate files, records, and shared resources
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Step in on special projects or initiatives as assigned by the LOM
- 3 years of administrative support experience (operations or construction/technology industry a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment
- A proactive, resourceful mindset, you don’t wait to be told what’s next
- Professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail
- Work directly with senior leaders who shape the success of BRAVAS locations
