Campus Admin Assistant Hand In Hand Christian Montessori – Central Campus, Roseville, has a Campus Admin Assistant opening. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys:
- Providing excellent customer service to families and faculty – in person, phone and email
- Assisting with a variety of projects (e.g. document creating/editing; schedules; event planning, organization, and hospitality; budgeting and inventory management; calendar creation)
- Managing and executing a communication strategy to families
- Serving by becoming proficient in using our enrollment and student information system to manage data, pull reports and track student progress
Technical Skills
- MS Office
- Canva
- Mailer Lite or similar
- Enrollment/SIS software or similar
- WIX or similar website software
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparative administrative role
Additional Skills
- Anticipate work flows, create/follow processes, set and meet deadlines
- Problem solve and think creatively
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Kind, helpful disposition with a deep respect for confidentiality
