Position Summary: Recruiter/HR Specialist - Bilingual in English/Spanish. Responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities while also providing support across core HR functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, select, and retain top talent. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, the position will assist with employee onboarding, HR compliance, and day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure positive employee experience.
Qualification & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Maintain applicant tracking system within Paycom to ensure candidates’ records are up to date.
HR Support Functions:
- Assist with new hire pre-employment and onboarding.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
- Provide general HR administrative support and responding to employee questions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting and/or human resources support.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and recruitment trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Work Location:
- Onsite in Washington, Iowa.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
- Support 2nd shift operations, as needed.
