Brandermill Woods Retirement Community is seeking a dependable, full-time Painter to support the maintenance and appearance of our community.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Job Summary

• Prime, paint, and finish walls, trim, and other surfaces
• Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures during projects
• Complete assigned work orders while following safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of painting experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use hand and power tools

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed
