OVERVIEW

BrainWorks is currently seeking a Marketing Director for a full-time hybrid role based in South Florida. This is a unique opportunity to lead marketing for a fast-growing AI-driven wellness platform that’s redefining how people experience mental and emotional well-being. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on—able to craft brand vision, execute campaigns, and drive measurable growth. his role will own the entire go-to-market strategy, overseeing brand development, digital performance, creative direction, and community engagement in collaboration with leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy spanning digital, brand, product, and growth channels.
• Lead all paid and organic marketing efforts — including SEO, SEM, social media, influencer campaigns, and partnerships.
• Build awareness and user acquisition strategies that convert traffic into active users.
• Oversee all creative assets, storytelling, and messaging to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
• Partner with external vendors and agencies to ensure marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Define KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and report insights directly to executive leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Technology to align user experience with marketing goals.
• Optimize marketing spend for impact, ensuring strong returns from every dollar invested.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 6 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in tech, SaaS, or AI-driven consumer products (wellness/health experience a plus).
• Hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, analytics, and user-growth strategies.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities — balancing innovation with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a history of cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (MBA preferred).

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Experience in early-stage startups or rapid-growth environments.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM/marketing automation tools.
• Background in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries (e.g., healthcare, mental wellness).

DISCLAIMERS

In accordance with applicable federal, state, and local pay transparency and fair hiring laws, the target annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000.

Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and work location.

This position may also be eligible for additional forms of compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package provided by the hiring employer.
