Position Title: Hybrid - Staff Accountant

Pay: $70,000/Yr. - $80,000/Yr.
A global technology company is seeking a talented Staff Accountant to join its growing team on a contract to hire basis! We’re looking for a professional with strong general ledger experience and a solid understanding of debits and credits. Key responsibilities include supporting month-end close, preparing accruals and journal entries, performing reconciliations, and assisting with the full-cycle accounts payable process. This role offers a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work from home two days per week. Candidates must be within commuting distance of Louisville, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general ledger accounting with a strong understanding of debits and credits.
- Manage accounts payable, prepaids, accruals, cash applications, and 3-way match with purchase orders
- Assist with month-end close process, including accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Support procure-to-pay automation initiatives
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for reporting and analysis
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in meeting deadlines
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3 years of prior GL accounting experience, including full-cycle AP experience
- Experience with a major ERP system (such as SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics); NetSuite experience is highly preferred!!
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
