The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution and analysis of various business initiatives, including owning a subline within the Atkins portfolio. This individual will also play a key role helping the team understand the health of the business and opportunities for continued growth. The Associate Brand Manager will gain broad exposure to all functional activities on the Atkins business, such as consumer insights, supply chain planning, research & development and finance with significant contact with our Executive leadership team.

Additionally, this position is eligible for a 5% annual short-term incentive. If you are hired at Simply Goods Foods, your final base salary compensation will be determined based upon such factors as: geographic locations, skills, training, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that hiring at the compensation range maximum would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
OFFICE-BASED / SIMPLY OFFICES:
CO salary range is: $80,000 – $100,000

We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support our Atkins brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own subline within the Atkins portfolio, including daily management of the business and championing growth opportunities
- Utilize consumption/panel & shipment data, sales performance and financial analysis to understand key business metrics, including opportunities and risks; Report and present recommendations to stakeholders
- Proactively leverage data to identify areas to analyze deeper – Partner with Circana, Numerator and consumer insights to answer these business questions
- Assist in the development of new products and pack sizes from conception to launch – Collaborate with cross-functional teams on formulation, product feasibility validation, packaging development and sales execution.
- Present and gain alignment from Sr. Leadership through Stage Gate process.
- Ensure marketing strategies and goals are communicated cross-functionally and come through all touchpoints
- Support execution of retailer and consumer marketing campaigns / activities, including ROI analysis, as needed
- Shared responsibility to ensure that packaging labels are accurate and in compliance with acceptable regulations
- Conduct special projects, analysis, and trackers, as required
- Develop and present marketing and innovation briefs for new initiatives.
- Develop and manage marketing budget and product P&Ls
- Utilize and leverage data to make informed decisions regarding marketing investments and priorities.
- Must love data and story-telling
- Strong quantitative background with ability to synthesize complex information into understandable narratives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Intellectual curiosity and learning agility; Aspire to learn and grow in the organization and demonstrate strategic thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (both verbally and written) at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment; Exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple projects at once; Quality, accuracy, reliability, and ownership of work
- Bachelor’s degree, required; MBA, preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ professional-level experience in Marketing (CPG industry, highly preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in brand management; Food category, preferred
- Syndicated data experience, such as Circana and/or Nielsen, required (Circana, highly preferred)
- Experience translating data into actionable insights
- Experience leading project timelines and cross-functional team
