Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules for service appointments, installations, and technician assignments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- Communicate appointment details and updates clearly with both customers and technicians.
- Schedule and track return visits, follow-ups, and special requests to ensure smooth completion of jobs.
- Maintain and update the customer database and service history files with accurate and current information.
- Review service invoices for accuracy and ensure timely delivery of billing details to accounting.
- Assist with tracking maintenance agreements and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Support department efficiency goals by monitoring KPIs such as first-time call completion and scheduling accuracy.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative coordination.
- Prior experience coordinating schedules or working in a service-based environment is a plus.
- ServiceTitan experience is a bonus, but not required!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
