We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for our second shift (M-F 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm). Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. You are guaranteed to be paid 40 hours per week, though some weeks you may only have to work 20-30 hours, depending on client needs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with company standards.
- Provide technical feedback to the Service Manager regarding training needs, inventory, and pricing.
- Participate in utility programs and retrofit installations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and commitment to professionalism.
- 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
- HVAC education or a strong mechanical background is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable record.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
- Experienced with a variety of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong decision-making skills for repairs and replacements.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing techniques.
- NATE certification is a plus.
