We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll focus on preventative maintenance for a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, helping our customers maintain optimal comfort and efficiency in their buildings. Primary Job Function: Perform routine maintenance services and troubleshooting on a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, VAVs, air handlers, and controls. Ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably while identifying potential problems before they escalate. Provide clear documentation of work performed and communicate effectively with property managers, facility engineers, and internal team members. Occasionally assist with service calls or retrofit work as needed.
Pay Range: $28.00 to $42.00 an hour, based on experience and credentials
Work Hours: 40 hours/week, with overtime as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Positive, can-do attitude
- 5 years of commercial HVAC maintenance and service experience
- Clean and insurable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with rooftop units, VAV systems, and commercial controls
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification a plus
- 10 years of commercial HVAC maintenance and service experience preferred
- HVAC technical education or equivalent mechanical experience preferred
