Job Type: 6 – month contract role
Lead change management and communications across mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. Develop and implement phase-appropriate change strategies that support business continuity, stakeholder engagement, and cultural integration. Provide strategic oversight of change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and communications planning aligned with project objectives.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to programme phases.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Align change plans with transformation goals and project objectives.
• Create and manage talking points, FAQs, quick reference guides, and training materials.
• Facilitate workshops, town halls, and feedback loops to support two-way communication and cultural alignment.
• Monitor and respond to end-user support needs required to complete actions before deal completion.
• Support transition/separation management office requests.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in change management or communications roles supporting transition programmes.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, cultural integration, and communications planning.
• M&A programme experience is advantageous.
• Change management expertise across transformation programmes.
• Strong communications and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience aligning organisational cultures.
• Skilled in tracking change adoption.
• Ability to tailor communications strategies to different M&A initiatives.
