Job Title: Club Access Specialist
Salary: Starting at $16/hour
Schedule: Flexible, up to 29 hours/week – Weekday, Weeknight & Weekend positions available

Overview
The Club Access Specialist is the first face that welcomes our Clubhouse members each day. This position works closely with volunteers, parents and the community to ensure the Club is an enriching, fun and safe environment. This is a part-time hourly position, up to 29 hours per week. Day shifts, evening shifts, as well as weekend shifts available.
Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor the front access door to the facility

Professionally handles all telephone calls and routes callers, or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner.

Identify, greet, and direct individuals entering the facility, as well as enforcing visitor and volunteer entry policies.

Make site-wide announcements regarding Club member pick-up notifications, program announcements and crisis communications.

Oversee and maintain the Daxko Operations database and ensure the integrity of the data.

Generate membership and attendance records, in addition to other types of reports using the database and other records.

Accurately complete, collect and record membership fees; generally, assists program staff with the efficient operations of the site.

Assist with operations as needed in regard to general administrative duties.
Requirements

Must be 18 and have a high school diploma or GED

Excellent communications and computer skills

Two (2) year administrative experience at a Boys & Girls Club, school or other similar environment in an administrative support role preferred.

Successfully pass all BCI requirements

Required to complete training as part of Onboarding and continuous Professional Development

Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Must be or become certified in CPR, First Aid and AED
