We are about to dominate the California housing market with recently approved factory-built Casitas at an incoming (lower) unbeatable installed prices starting in 2026.
These prices crush traditional ADUs, and in AB 1033-approved cities (San José, San Diego, Santa Cruz), owners can sell the Casita separately as a condo or lease it with huge profit — driving insane demand.
We are hiring two elite door-to-door teams right now:
- Team North – San José / Bay Area
- Team South – San Diego
Each team = 3 Door Knockers 1 Field Sales Supervisor (Supervisor uses own reliable vehicle – all gas, maintenance, and mileage fully reimbursed).
Proven solar, windows, home improvement, or ADU reps — this is your ticket to bigger tickets and bigger paydays.
Pure commission role for hungry closers who want uncapped income.
What you’ll do:
- Door-to-door in high-potential neighborhoods. Door knocks will not be all cold knocks as we already have 100k digital leads to reengage.
- Pitch our game-changing pricing and separate-sale benefits.
- Get homeowners to complete feasibility studies (site viability check).
- Close deals or set solid appointments.
Compensation (100% commission – 1099 – paid weekly):
- $350 flat for every completed feasibility study — paid after customer makes payment/deposit.
- 1.5% commission on total installed price when the deal closes (paid on customer payment).
Realistic earnings:
- Solid performer: 15–20 feasibilities 8–10 closes/month → $180k–$250k/year
- Strong month: 20–25 feasibilities 12–15 closes → $300k–$400k /year
- Top tier: → $450k possible with our pricing advantage
Requirements:
- 2 years D2D experience in solar, windows, home improvements, ADUs, etc.
- Home improvement financing is a plus.
- Proven self-generation and closing track record.
- High energy and resilience.
- Available 5–6 days/week (flexible shifts).
- Bilingual (Spanish) a major plus.
