Job Summary
The Senior Home Advisor will convert Qualified Sales Leads scheduled by Home Advisors into closed contracts through expert consultation and site-feasibility assessments. Senior Home Advisors take full ownership of the prospect upon handoff, including presenting to and closing leads.
Compensation & Sales Commission Structure
- Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary Uncapped Commission
- Expected First-Year OTE: $110,000 – $288,000
- Commission Detail: 1% of gross deal amount (average commission per deal: $1,250 – $2,500).
- Payout structure: 70% paid upon contract deposit, 30% paid at Certificate of Occupancy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Confirmation & Shows: Conduct same-day confirmation calls for all scheduled presentations to maximize show rates
- Sales Target: Achieve assigned sales targets by consistently closing qualified opportunities.
- Consultative Presentations: Conduct presentations daily to qualified prospects focused on BOXABL’s value proposition and financing
- Value Proposition: Position the value of the BOXABL product by translating customer’s specific needs into targeted solutions in every presentation.
- Pipeline management: Manage a healthy pipeline of active leads and deals, ensuring seamless handoff to the pre-construction team.
- Site Feasibility: Assess viability of product on customer property and identify key constraints using various tools including but not limited to site feasibility platform(s) and Google Maps.
- Financing Coordination: Act as a liaison to ensure timely funding and document collection.
Experience and Education
- At least 1 years of consumer sales experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate and solve practical problems
- Preferred skills include knowledge of construction and the ability to read and understand architectural/engineering drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and NetSuite is a plus
- Experience in modular home fabrication, estimation, and customer service/sales is preferred
- Other duties as assigned
