We are hiring two elite door-to-door teams right now:
- Team North – San José / Bay Area
- Team South – San Diego
Each team = 3 Door Knockers 1 Field Sales Supervisor (Supervisor uses own reliable vehicle – all gas, maintenance, and mileage fully reimbursed).
Proven solar, windows, home improvement, or ADU reps — this is your ticket to bigger tickets and bigger paydays.
Lead a crew, knock doors yourself, and stack multiple income streams.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate a team of 3 door-to-door sales representatives.
- Plan routes, coach pitches in real time, overcome objections.
- Personally knock doors and generate your own feasibilities/closes.
- Use your own reliable vehicle (we cover all gas, mileage, and maintenance expenses).
Compensation:
- Base salary: $75,000 – $80,000/year
- $350 flat for every feasibility study you personally generate (paid after customer payment) → easily extra $7,000 – $10,000 /month if you hit 20–30 personal feasibilities.
- 0.5% override on all team-closed deals (including your own closes).
- Stock based compensation on annual targets.
Real earnings example (realistic strong supervisor):
- You personally: 20 feasibilities 10 closes/month → $7,000 (20 × $350)
- Team (4 knockers including you): 40 closes/month → Additional ~$28,000 (0.5% override on 40 closes @ $140k avg)
Total monthly income: potential of $40,000/m / Annual: $500k
Requirements:
- 3 years leading or top-performing in D2D (solar, home improvement preferred).
- Still hungry to knock and close personally.
- Home improvement finance knowledge
- Reliable vehicle (SUV/van ideal for team coordination).
- Clean driving record and proven leadership.
