Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician with a background in home building or construction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to think quickly to resolve any challenges that may arise on-site. We need someone who is hands-on, not afraid to tackle tasks head-on, and committed to getting the job done efficiently and effectively.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components, including wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
- Ensure systems meet safety standards and regulations.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and fix faults.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians on projects.
- Document maintenance and repair activities.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues as needed.
Experience and Education
- High School diploma; completion of an apprenticeship program or technical training in electrical work.
- Journeyman electrician license or equivalent certification preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring.
Salary : $20 - $25
