About This Role
BOXABL is changing how homes are built by moving construction from a slow, manual process toward precision factory manufacturing.
We’re growing our inside sales team in North Las Vegas and looking for those who want to build a career in sales while helping prospective homeowners explore BOXABL.
As a Home Advisor, you’ll work a high volume of inbound and outbound opportunities, speak directly with prospective customers, understand their goals, qualify their projects, and convert strong prospects into appointments for our Senior Home Advisor team.
This is a high-activity sales role for someone who is competitive, coachable, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by measurable performance. You’ll develop the skills, product knowledge, and sales experience needed to advance into a Senior Home Advisor closing role.
Compensation and Career Growth
- $45,000–$65,000 first-year OTE
- Uncapped commission
- $19/hour base pay

- Top performers are typically eligible for promotion within 6–12 months
What You'll Do
- Engage prospective homeowners through inbound and outbound sales activity
- Make a high volume of outbound calls per day while managing inbound opportunities and follow-up
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand each prospect’s location, land situation, budget, timeline, project goals, and motivation
- Qualify strong opportunities and convert them into scheduled appointments with Senior Home Advisors
- Build rapport quickly, answer initial product questions, and help prospects understand the next step in the BOXABL sales process
- Maintain consistent follow-up through phone, text, and email
- Keep accurate customer notes, dispositions, and activity in the CRM
- Work closely with Senior Home Advisors and sales leadership to improve appointment conversion and overall sales performance
What You'll Bring
- 1 years of experience in sales, inside sales, lead generation, business development, appointment setting, or another customer-facing sales role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday on the phone
- Ability to build rapport quickly and ask effective qualifying questions
- Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward activity and conversion targets
- Coachable and able to apply feedback quickly
- Organized and capable of managing a high volume of leads and follow-up activity
- Comfortable using CRM software, phone systems, email, SMS, scheduling tools, and other sales technology
- Interest in housing, real estate, construction, manufacturing, or emerging technology is a plus
