This role is perfect for someone who’s mastered desktop support and wants to grow their skill set in server migrations, cloud infrastructure, and project work without losing the tight-knit, family-first culture that makes work actually enjoyable.
Day to Day:
- Troubleshoot and support Windows 10/11 desktops, M365, and local networks
- Act as an escalation point for L1 tickets and handle small IT projects
- Support and configure SonicWall and Sophos firewalls
- Get hands-on experience with Azure Entra ID, SharePoint, and Veeam
- Occasionally assist with server-side work and cloud migrations
- Provide on-site support to small businesses around the Manassas area
Requirements:
- 2 years of IT support experience (MSP experience a huge plus)
- Strong skills in desktop troubleshooting, M365, and Azure
- Working knowledge of SonicWall, Sophos, and QuickBooks
- Familiarity with ConnectWise, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 server environments
- Strong communication skills, a self-starter mentality, and a desire to grow
