Due to continued growth in the NYC market, we’re adding a Tier 2 Senior Support Engineer who wants to sharpen their skills, be trusted with real responsibility, and grow alongside a tight-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide Tier 2 support across Mac and Windows environments, both remotely and onsite when needed
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, M365, Google Workspace, printing, and networking issues
• Configure new workstations, upgrades, and cloud services
• Assist with light project work such as network setups, server deployments, and VoIP migrations
• Communicate clearly, empathetically, and confidently with end users
• Create and improve internal documentation to make the team stronger and faster
• Collaborate with teammates who genuinely have your back
