Strategic Client Manager / Staffing & Recruiting

Bowman Williams is a niche permanent placement (direct hire) firm focused exclusively on the private sector, specifically the IT Cloud and Managed Service Provider industry.

For more than 16 years, we’ve partnered with over 1,000 clients across seven U.S. markets. More than 70% of our business comes from repeat clients year after year, giving our Account Managers warm relationships, established credibility, and a focused market where their knowledge compounds over time.

We are hiring Strategic Client Manager to manage client relationships as we continue expanding nationally.

The Role

• As an Account Manager, you will manage an existing book of clients and drive direct-hire placements.
• You are not recruiting and you are not performing sales functions. You are not building a desk from scratch. We have a sales team and a recruiting team handling those functions.
• Your job is to take and qualify job orders, manage client relationships, partner with recruiters, submit qualified candidates and close placements.
• You are given clients, job orders, candidates, recruiters, tools, training, and a proven niche. Your job is to connect the dots and monetize the activity.

Compensation

• Base Commission structure with guaranteed pay increases outlined in your offer letter.
• First year earnings are around $90K - $100K
• Second year earnings are around $100K – $130K
• Third year earnings and beyond are around $130K – $180K
