Duration: 12 months possible extension
Pay Rate Range: $29-$32/hr. W2.
Qualifications & Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiting Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of roles. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a positive and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer stage.
- Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
- Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed candidate summaries.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruiting priorities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on pipeline activity and hiring progress.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar recruiting role.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and make hiring recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for corporate, technical, professional, or high-volume roles.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and talent market trends.
