We are a growing New York City Managed Services Provider hiring a Level 2 Support Engineer to handle advanced support while gaining meaningful project experience from day one.
This role is ideal for a true Level 2 engineer, or a strong Level 1 technician ready to step up, who wants exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, networking, migrations, and infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with senior engineers in a collaborative, well-documented environment built around trust, autonomy, and doing things the right way.
🛠WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
• Provide Level 2 support across desktops, laptops, applications, Microsoft 365, and client infrastructure
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, QuickBooks, and common business applications
• Support Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi, switches, and firewalls
• Assist with network refreshes, server upgrades, hardware deployments, and infrastructure improvements
• Participate in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and data migration projects
• Work directly with clients and maintain ownership through final resolution
• Document ticket resolutions, procedures, and client environment updates
• Collaborate with senior engineers while steadily increasing your project ownership
🎯 WHAT YOU BRING
• Recent experience working for a Managed Services Provider
• Strong Level 2 troubleshooting skills or advanced Level 1 experience with readiness to grow
• Hands-on Microsoft 365, desktop support, and application troubleshooting experience
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and Azure
• Experience supporting SharePoint and OneDrive
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, documentation, and client-service skills
• Curiosity, accountability, and a collaborative mindset
âž• HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
• Halo PSA, Auvik, NinjaOne, or similar MSP tools
• PowerShell scripting or automation
• Rack-and-stack, cabling, or onsite deployment experience
• A , Network , AZ-900, or related Microsoft certifications
