We are hiring a Senior System Administrator to lead cloud migrations, Intune deployments, and security-focused Microsoft implementations. This is a project-heavy role ideal for an engineer who has real migration experience and wants ownership over Azure and M365 environments.
What You Will Do
• Lead Microsoft 365 and Azure migration projects from planning through execution
• Design and implement Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions
• Manage transitions from on-prem infrastructure to Azure
• Deploy and optimize Intune, Defender, Cloud App Security, and Sentinel
• Execute tenant consolidations, SharePoint and OneDrive migrations
• Implement Azure policies, ARM templates, and governance controls
• Coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on scope and on schedule
• Document environments and ensure clean handoffs
What You Bring
• Proven experience leading cloud migrations in an MSP or multi-client environment
• Strong Microsoft 365 deployment experience including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Hands-on Intune and Endpoint Manager expertise
• Azure infrastructure experience including IaaS and virtual networking
• Solid Windows Server background
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including VPNs, firewalls, LAN and WAN
• Strong project documentation and client communication skills
Nice to Have
• Cybersecurity knowledge
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 licensing
• Exposure to compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, or PCI
