Overview

We are a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider supporting more than 100 clients across multiple states.

This role is ideal for an experienced MSP engineer who enjoys project ownership, client interaction, and hands on implementation work. You will design, deploy, test, document, and transition infrastructure projects across Microsoft cloud, Intune, networking, servers, and client environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, document, and transition IT infrastructure projects from start to finish

• Lead cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 changes, Azure implementations, SharePoint projects, and hybrid cloud initiatives

• Deploy Microsoft Intune, including Group Policy to Intune transitions and endpoint management improvements

• Configure and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and local server infrastructure

• Configure and deploy SonicWall, Meraki, and Ubiquiti UniFi network environments

• Conduct client site assessments and contribute to solution design, project planning, and Statements of Work

• Perform implementation, validation, documentation, and handoff to the help desk after project completion

• Provide escalation support for complex technical issues during and after project delivery

• Use ConnectWise and related MSP tools to track project work, documentation, time, and client updates

• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams throughout each project

Requirements

• Experience working for a Managed Services Provider supporting multiple clients

• Hands on project engineering experience across cloud, server, network, and endpoint environments

• Experience leading multiple cloud migrations or Microsoft cloud implementation projects

• Strong Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, Group Policy, and Windows Server experience

• Experience with Group Policy to Intune transitions is strongly preferred

• Hands on experience with SonicWall, Meraki, Ubiquiti UniFi, or similar networking platforms

• Strong knowledge of ConnectWise or similar PSA tools

• Ability to work directly with clients during assessments, implementations, escalations, and project handoffs

• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, communication, and ownership skills

• Ability to support remote work while traveling occasionally to client sites as needed
