We are hiring a Senior System Administrator with MSP experience who enjoys project driven work, client interaction, and hands on infrastructure delivery. This role blends systems administration, consulting, and project ownership across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, cloud, and virtualization environments.
You will have the autonomy to own full lifecycle projects while working closely with a skilled and supportive technical team.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver infrastructure projects for small and mid market clients.
- Scope, architect, and implement solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
- Lead migrations involving Microsoft 365, virtualization, storage, and cloud infrastructure.
- Configure and support LAN, WAN, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and core connectivity.
- Deploy and manage Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper V, or Citrix.
- Communicate technical strategies clearly to business leaders and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Document project work, configurations, and technical recommendations accurately.
- Requirements
- Proven MSP experience with a strong background in project delivery.
- Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory administration experience.
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper V, or Citrix.
- Experience configuring and supporting networks, storage, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating with internal technical teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical needs into business value.
- Organized, client focused, and comfortable working across multiple environments.
