Duties
- Manage daily operations of the adult day center, including staff scheduling, program planning, and resource allocation
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or developmental disabilities
- Ensure compliance with all health regulation policies related to long-term care, assisted living standards, and home & community care guidelines
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership in nursing leadership practices and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Oversee medication administration processes and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress, incident reports, and regulatory compliance records
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and community agencies to support residents’ health needs and social engagement
Experience
- Proven experience in the healtcare industry with a strong background in senior care management
- Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, dementia care strategies, and healthcare financial management
- Supervisory experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or community care settings
- Familiarity with managing budgets, operational workflows, and regulatory audits within healthcare environments
- Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication abilities to motivate staff and engage residents’ families effectively

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
